Nb: Hirer refers to name in customer details of the contract
- Insurance is the hirers responsibility.
- The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment (theft , damage burglary, confiscation).
- Ponsonby Sound Hire will not be responsible for any delays, accidents or loss or damage of any kind, indirect or consequential which may arise through defects or breakdowns of the equipment hired.
- If not returned by the due date the total hireage cost will be added day by day at the total cost for each day it is overdue and hirer is liable to pay the total hireage.
- All debt recovery cost is liable by the hirer
